Describe your project in detail. For example, square footages of project, What design style you are looking for or what type of engineering drawing you need.

Scan any design drawings and upload them or email them to us. Or if you prefer just ship the designs you have to us and we will scan them and upload them for you. (Scanning Fee will apply)

Once we receive all of the information for your project we will email you a fixed quote with a time frame.

Approve the quote and time frame and make any deposit payments and we begin your project immediately. Typically 25% of the total fee (for a full set of plans. Maybe higher for smaller projects.)

Once we have preliminary drawings completed we will submit them for approval and make any changes if needed before preparing the final drawings.

Final drawings are completed on time and in budget guaranteed.

Make any final payments due. We will do (minor) corrections at no additional cost to you.
